BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Choose the route that fits your order.

A few clear decisions now can make collection or delivery much easier.

01

Start with what you need

Choose a product or tell us about the animal and service. Include the timing and destination that matter.

02

Confirm the actual details

Review the option, quote basis, cut preferences and any shipping arrangement before payment or travel.

03

Prepare to receive

Save your confirmation, prepare cold storage and follow the agreed collection or receiving instructions.

Start with the animal and the intended use

If you need custom meat processing nearby, the first useful conversation is about the job itself. Tell the team the species, number of animals, approximate readiness and preferred timing. We will discuss the available service and whether the proposed arrangement is appropriate before confirming a slot.

Custom processing for an owner’s household is not automatically the same service as processing meat intended for resale. Explain your plans at the start. The team can clarify the applicable service, labeling and collection arrangements without leaving an important question until pickup.

A cut discussion that starts in your kitchen

Think about the meals you make most often. Would smaller roasts get used more quickly? How thick do you prefer your steaks? What package size works for a weeknight? Bring these preferences to the cut discussion and ask which choices are available for the animal and service booked.

Bone-in or boneless choices, trim and ground-meat preferences can affect the final assortment and yield. Ask about aging, wrapping and vacuum-packaging options before assuming a particular process is included. No fixed aging period or package specification is promised until the team confirms it.

Know the price basis and collection plan

Ask what the quote includes, how the processing weight is measured and whether any optional work is charged separately. A clear quote should identify the relevant unit and the amount or calculation that will apply to your job. Keep a copy of the agreed preferences.

When the meat is ready, follow the collection instructions and arrive with suitable cold storage for the journey. If you need delivery, discuss that separately before processing is scheduled. Sending an enquiry requests a conversation; it does not reserve an unconfirmed appointment.

A useful next step

Compare the details before committing to a share or delivery request.
