Across town or across states, the goal is the same: the right product, a suitable cold-shipping arrangement and someone ready to receive it. Confirm the details before dispatch.

PLAN YOUR BULK BEEF ORDER
| Share size | Hanging / carcass weight | Packaged / take-home meat | Freezer space |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whole beef | 700–850 lb | 550–650 lb | 17–19 cu ft |
| Half beef (side) | 400–425 lb | 300–375 lb | 10–12 cu ft |
| Quarter beef | 260–310 lb | 200–235 lb | 5–8 cu ft |
Business-supplied planning ranges. These are separate estimates, not a mathematical conversion between shares. Animal size, cutting choices and bone-in or boneless selection affect yield. Your confirmed order states the actual packed weight; shipping charges use the configured shipment weight, not these guide ranges.
HOW AN APPROVED SHIPMENT IS PLANNED
A few clear decisions now can make collection or delivery much easier.

Review the option, quote basis, cut preferences and any shipping arrangement before payment or travel.
Save your confirmation, prepare cold storage and follow the agreed collection or receiving instructions.

Good cuts start with thoughtful preparation.
WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOX
A smaller meat-box order may suit insulated parcel shipping when the transit time and carrier service are appropriate. Whole, half and quarter orders can span several cartons or need a bulk freight arrangement. The shipping plan depends on the actual packaged weight and volume, not the name of the share alone.
If you want to buy whole beef online with shipping, discuss the destination early. Availability of a nationwide enquiry does not mean every address or requested date has a confirmed service. Alaska, Hawaii, remote destinations and unusual access requirements may need separate review.
BEFORE THE BOX LEAVES
Compare the current quarter options on the beef product page and check the stated price basis. Processing, packing, shipping and applicable tax may affect the final amount. Our quarter-beef cost guide explains how to compare the quote without confusing hanging weight with take-home weight.
The actual assortment depends on the selected option and agreed cut plan. Ask about cuts, package sizes and estimated packaged weight before paying. Planning ranges help with storage but do not guarantee identical yield from every animal.
Yes. Select an available product option, add the quantity to your cart and submit checkout. Save the order number and private code. If final weight or freight needs review, wait for the confirmed amount before payment.
You can request shipping for the destination at checkout. A large share may require several cartons or bulk freight. The route, packing, receiving arrangements and fee are confirmed for the order. Same-day air freight is only considered where the actual route and schedule allow it.
No universal feeding claim is made for the catalogue. If you need grass-fed or grass-finished beef, ask about availability and supporting information for the exact product. A breed name or pasture photograph does not establish the feeding program.
Choose an enabled payment method and follow the confirmed recipient details and reference on your private order page. Upload the payment receipt there. The team checks it against the actual transaction before marking payment verified.
Send the species, animal count, intended use and preferred timing through the contact form. Discuss the service, cut preferences, quote basis and collection arrangements before a slot is confirmed.
Ask about the agreed collection arrangement at our Comer, Georgia location. Confirm the time before traveling and prepare suitable cold transport and freezer space. An enquiry or requested date does not by itself confirm collection.
The packing and receiving guidance above draws on these public resources. A carrier reference is educational and does not imply a shipping partnership.
Packing must suit the product’s condition, the route and the expected transit. Frozen orders may use insulated containers and an appropriate refrigerant. Dry ice, where selected, needs suitable ventilation, handling and carrier-compliant labeling. Large quantities may require refrigerated freight or another approved cold-chain arrangement.
Package counts and refrigerant quantities are determined for the order. We do not promise one universal carton, a fixed freezing temperature or a zero-thaw result for every route. The confirmed service and arrival checks matter more than a generic delivery slogan.
For a home delivery request, provide a complete address, ZIP code and useful access details. Bulk residential freight may need a receiving appointment or unloading provision. Confirm those needs before shipment rather than waiting for the driver to arrive.
For airport pickup, confirm the receiving cargo terminal and its release arrangements. Have identification and any required reference ready, and plan cold transport from the terminal to your freezer. Same-day air freight is considered only for an approved route and timing; it is not a blanket promise for out-of-state orders.
Checkout recalculates the available configured shipping charge for the selected destination and order. Depending on the method, a charge may be per order, per pound, per box or a weight tier. A free-shipping offer applies only when its stated conditions are met. If a reliable charge cannot be calculated, the order needs a quote.
Choose a preferred date with time for the review. It remains a request until the business confirms dispatch and receiving arrangements. Pay only after the final amount and method are available on your private order page.
Be available for the confirmed receiving arrangement. Open and inspect perishable goods promptly, note the condition and move safe food into suitable cold storage. Frozen food that still contains ice crystals or remains refrigerator-cold is handled differently from food that has become warm; follow current food-safety guidance.
If something is wrong, keep the packaging, record the arrival time and contact the business promptly with photographs through your order enquiry. Do not taste food to decide whether it is safe. The refund policy explains how concerns are reviewed.
Compare the details before committing to a share or delivery request.
