HOW TO ORDER · A & B
Choose your meat.Keep the details together.
Take a moment with the product options, especially on a first bulk order. A little planning makes checkout and the next steps easier.
1. Decide what fits
Ask what you want to cook, how much storage you have and whether you prefer a share or a mixed assortment. If you want to know how much a quarter beef costs, read the quarter-cost guide and compare the current beef options. Check the price basis, not just the number in larger type.
Select the option shown on the product page. For per-pound items, enter the pounds requested. For a box or listed share, select the appropriate count. If an important requirement is missing, ask before adding an assumption to the order.
2. Review the destination and receiving option
Enter the real destination and choose from the available delivery requests. Provide an address for home delivery or the requested airport details for airport pickup. The cart recalculates the configured charges; a large or unusual order may need a freight quote.
Choose a preferred date, allowing time for confirmation. It is not a booked flight or delivery appointment. Check the contact details carefully so the team can resolve a question before preparing the order.
3. Save your private order access
Checkout creates an order number and a private code. Save both in a secure place. The number identifies the order; the code helps protect its details. Anyone with private access should be someone you trust with the order information.
If the order needs a final amount, wait for that confirmation before sending money. Review the selected items and any quoted freight on the private order page.
4. Pay using the confirmed instructions
Choose an enabled payment method and follow its recipient details, reference and instructions. Payment is completed through your bank or payment provider. Include the order number where instructed and upload a receipt or screenshot on the private page.
The team checks the proof against the actual transaction. Keep the payment reference and watch the order page for updates. Never send your bank password or full card details in a message or uploaded screenshot.
5. Be ready to receive
Prepare the freezer and arrange for someone to receive or collect the shipment at the confirmed time. For a large share, check space and unloading arrangements before dispatch. Inspect the meat promptly on arrival and follow the meat-care guidance.
Use the private page to raise a concern or request a cancellation/refund review. After a completed order, you can submit a product review for moderation and help the next buyer make an informed choice.
